Life is Full of Changes and Blessings, Let's Embrace Them All.

Growing up photography has always been my life's passion. Friends often times were annoyed with me because there was constantly a camera in their faces. I wanted to document those moments. It was important for me to capture my childhood, my teenage years, my college years, and now of my beautiful family. It's the reason why my photography is so deep rooted. I love capturing photographs of people with their unique perspectives and their milestone moments.

Being able to capture newborns and follow them through their first year is truly a blessing. There's something special about watching them grow, learn, and develop before the lens of the camera.

I've also been blessed to capture the milestone moment of teenagers moving from high school into the next phase of young adulthood. It's a precious site to see when parents bring their babies in to take their senior photos. Their maturity level is so obvious, and you can see how pleased their parents are with them as they make decisions about how and where they want their photography session.

Weddings are so beautiful and they all to often remind me of my special day. I enjoy so much working with brides and grooms as they plan the biggest day of their lives - they want that moment captured, and I do that with pride and grace. My brides and grooms are so special to me because not only are they clients but throughout the process, they become my friends. Many of them come back to me after their weddings to capture their growing family as they welcome their first, second, and third child.

I have been so lucky to have made my life's passion my job. I can't even call it a job because its so rewarding. Its has added such value to my life because my clients are my friends. I have developed such long lasting friendships with my clients that it makes my work fun, exciting, and priceless.

As I capture milestone moments and see the circle of life through the lens of my camera, there comes a time when, I too, have to have to adjust to change. My family is my life, and I want to spend as much time as I can so that I can see my precious children grow, learn, and discover our beautiful world. With that said, adjustments are being made in my schedule so that I can spend more quality time with my children and husband, but also remain your faithful family photographer. Photography sessions will be scheduled during the week and I'm only taking on two weddings a month. Wow, that will be a big change, but I'm ready for it. These small changes will not only allow me the time to get your precious pictures to you sooner, but it will also allow me the time I need to be there for my family. It's a win, win situation for everyone.

Thank you to all my family and friends for letting me be apart of your lives by capturing your milestone moments. It's been a true blessing to have each and every one of you in my life. I know it will continue to be a blessing. I look forward, as always, to document your life's changes through the lens of my camera.

Let's Take A Trip Around My World!

First off, hi everyone - this is Angela, Candace's assistant and I wanted to introduce myself because as you will read Candace has a lot on her plate. So, yours truly, will be blogging for her.

The summer seems to be flying by and when I say flying by...I have been around the world and then some. First stop amazing newborn pictures...I'm so blessed to be able to capture the circle of life through the lens of my camera. Meet Allison. I met her mom Kimberly years ago when I had the pleasure of shooting photography for her sister's wedding. Now I'm able to capture this sweet little girls next year. Truly amazing to see and capture God's work.

Next stop Kari and Andrew's wedding and eight more before and eight more after. It has been an absolutely jam packed wedding season and they have all been beautiful events. Thank you to all my couples for being patient with me in getting your images.

On my return flight, I made a beach stop! Little Mermaids filled my home for a week when East Coast Beach hit! Lots of sand, seashells, and smiles! Great shoot little mermaids...

Winding down my trip around my world, bridals have been plenitful. I have captured some beautiful brides-to-be and each bride continues to exceeds my expectations of producing beautiful images.
Not expecting to slow down until maybe September, but then Christmas season starts and now you know the rest of the story. See you soon!
